First annual Farm Pond
Vintage Bike Festival and
Swap Meet (2016)

Sponsored by Cisco Cycles

About the festival
The Farm Pond Vintage Bike Festival and Swap Meet is a joint effort of n + 1 cyclery (former Cisco Cycles), a full-service bike shop that also offers expert restoration services; Framingham Downtown Renaissance, a local nonprofit organization committed to community development and the revitalization of downtown Framingham; and the local public transit system, MWRTA. The festival is intended to support small businesses and to begin a new vintage bike festival tradition in the spirit of the very popular Larz Anderson Car Museum and Bicycle Show, which was held in Brookline, MA, until 2014. We hope that the festival will continue to draw attention to the ways that bicycling and community development can change how we live and work.

The bicycle show
This show is open to bicycles produced through 1994. Judging categories include the following, which will each have one winner:

• balloon tire
• randonneur/touring
• road racing
• track
• tandem

We will also give a People's Choice award and a Best in Show award.

The 2016 festival was a great success! Thanks to everyone who made this event possible. See you next year.
